3ONE8 Manzanita Vacation Rental ~ Short Term

What is there not to love about this great place to stay? I almost don’t want to share what a fantastic find this place is! I booked a month-long stay while I came out from the East Coast to visit friends in and around Portland. The stay is four blocks from the ocean and two blocks in from the main drag. Working on East Coast time it was fantastic to walk my dog down to the ocean each morning. We did various walks throughout the day in & out of the neighborhood blocks and back to the beach in the evening for sunsets. If you have a dog, then this is a place where you want to be. This is the best dog beach on the Oregon coast. Back to the space - it is stylish, efficient, and comfortable. It really has everything that you could possibly need and want. I worked remotely & the high speed Internet & workspace was top notch. We have been regular renters at 3ONE8 Manzanita for the past 3 years and absolutely LOVE it! We come several times a year and wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.The house is CLEAN & comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need to enjoy yourself. It is a very well considered rental. The newer, sleek design is really unique at the coast. No musty smells or funky kitchen here. Everything is so well thought out and cozy! The backyard is so wonderful for our young daughter and dog. We all enjoy the fire pit, and on more than one occasion, have had deer visit the backyard. It is a very quick walk to the beach and to town. Bret is fantastic to work with! He is very personable and so easy to communicate with. I've never had a single issue staying here, but I know if something did happen he would be easy to reach and quick to respond. We plan on being loyal renters for years to come!

3ONE8 was such a fun experience. 1 block from the Manzanita main strip (Laneda) and 3 blocks from the beach. The place was clean, had all of the tools we needed to make our meals, and the bathroom was plush with heated floors and a GREAT shower. The space fit me, my boyfriend and another couple very comfortably. And it’s dog friendly! I love visiting Manzanita, and 3ONE8 was the perfect setting for a visit there.
